I am a Jacksonville native and have lived in St Johns county for 21 years.  Prior to my real estate career I was  an Allstate agency owner for 21 years.  I enjoy the meeting customers and prospects and helping them find homes that they are thrilled to own.  I have been friends with Stacey Burkins for many years and I am very happy to be a part of her team.  Our staging and marketing is the key to the rapid sale of our listings.

My wife Annette and I  raised our daughter Hannah as well as helping my brother in law Steve with David and Tina my niece and nephew.  As the children were growing we were active in church youth groups, cheerleading choir, track and baseball.  It was a busy fun time and we have many friendships which have endured from those days.   I play golf, and Annette is in the same running group for many years with 6 close friends.   We enjoy all that St Augustine has to offer: great restaurants, the beach, boating and concerts at the amphitheater.

Most of my business is referral. My specialties are people relocating to St, Augustine and new home buyers.  There a are a lot of builders with constantly changing incentives.  We are blessed to be in a market that is rapidly growing due to our schools, climate and excellent location for business and hobbies.
